St. Mary the Protectress Syriac Orthodox Community

St. Mary the Protectress Syriac Orthodox Community is located in Plymouth, Indiana. We are a monastic community and intentional Orthodox Christian community. We believe that you can pray to end hunger, but it is not a true prayer unless you also feed those who are hungry. We seek to live the example of Christ and serve all our neighbors. We are a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic worshiping community. Services are in English.

Welcome to St. Mary the Protectress Syriac Orthodox Community

This site is established to provide a forum for discussion of ideas and to make announcements of upcoming activities of St. Mary the Protectress Syriac Orthodox Community. St Mary's is a monastic community and intentional Christian community.

St. Mary the Protectress Syriac Orthodox Community is located at 1000 South Michigan Street, Plymouth, Indiana. You are invited to join us for the Holy Qurbana which starts at 10:30 AM every Sunday. There are also daily services at 9 AM, 12 Noon, and 6:30 PM. We always welcomes visitors and new members to attend our services and be a part of our community. All the programs are open to the public. For more information, please call 574-933-3445, or email the community at monastery@culcom.net.
