Someone comment earlier today about the video of last year's Timket celebration in Los Angels. This video is a short version of the three day celebration in Ethiopia. The festive and devout celebration of the Ethiopian Orthodox epiphany, three days surrounding January 19, with parades, dancing, singing, prayers and a commemoration of the baptism of Christ by sprinkling the assembled crowds with water blessed by the priests.
