In the building there will be 51 rooms (bedroom,WC and office), and halls dedicated to conferences, meetings and lectures. There will also be builted a salon for receiving visitors. Also a library, reading room, internet room, kitchen, restaurant etc.
The building will have all type of modern services as ventilation, air conditioning, loudspeakers and lighting where needed.
